Information we collect
AlaaRad may collect account details, saved reports, personal copies, favorites, submitted cases, case answers, uploaded files, contact messages, usage events, device information and technical logs needed to operate and improve the website.
How information is used
Information is used to sign users in, save personal work, organize report libraries, show favorites and most-used items, support case submissions, improve search speed, troubleshoot errors, prevent misuse and understand which areas of the platform are most useful.
Medical and imaging data
Users should avoid uploading patient-identifiable information unless it is properly authorized and handled according to applicable law and local policy. Educational cases and images should be anonymized before submission or publication.
Analytics and service providers
AlaaRad may use trusted services such as Supabase, Vercel, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Resend for authentication, hosting, database storage, email delivery, analytics, performance monitoring and product improvement.
Data access and deletion
Users can request support regarding account data, saved content or deletion requests by contacting AlaaRad. Some technical logs or backups may be retained for a limited time for security, legal or operational reasons.
